Scope of Services
I will attempt to diagnosis and repair your computer problem. Upon evaluating the issue, if I find that support may not be completed due to a problem with your computer or its configuration that is beyond my control, I will provide you with options and or suggestions to resolving any technical issues. However if you do not find any of our options or suggestions suitable, I will not be liable for the damages or corruption of parts or data. Customer Liabilities You understand and agree that prior to contacting or allowing me to diagnose and or repair your computer, it is your responsibility to back-up the data, software, information or other files stored on your computer disks and or hard drives. You acknowledge and agree that Aplus Computer Aid (aka, me) shall not be responsible under any circumstance for any loss or corruption of data and or software you have failed to back up. Limitations of Service I reserve the right to cease from providing any or all requested computer services and instead refund your payments in full or partial, based upon needs that are unreasonable or go beyond my scope of support. I trust that the customer is well instructed on the use of their software and or computer equipment. Aplus Computer Aid is not liable for your misuse of your computer equipment and or software.
